Well its Independence Day tomorrow, so let’s talk about freedom…
What is freedom to a rich person?
- To not pay taxes and to be able to party harder!
What is freedom to a poor person?
- To be able to feed his family atleast once during a day!
What is freedom to a teenager?
- To be able to do whatever he wants without being “nagged” about it by his parents.
What is freedom to a parent?
- To be able to experience a day when they don’t have to “nag” their child.
What is freedom to a student who hates studying?
- To be able to get rid of his books at the first opportunity!
What is freedom to a student who loves studying?
- To be able to have a sound place of studying so that he won’t have to sit and study under a street light…
What is freedom to a bachelor?
- To be able to date whomsoever he wants to.
What is freedom to a married man?
- Well it’s not too different from that of a bachelor!! :p
What would you like to do on Independence Day?
Mr. X Sr.: Get up in the morning, watch the parade, sing the national anthem and try to witness a live flag hoisting!
Mr. X Jr.: Get up “aaram se” in the morning, watch HBO till evening, sing ‘Nothing else matters…’ while taking a bath and try to catch a live performance at Hard Rock Café.
Happy Independence Day to all! Jai Hind!

Different people has different meaning for freedom.
Do u not think the defintion of freedom for these people mean that a man can not be free because he is alway a rich or poor, or a parent or a bachelor..etc?
What does this freedom mean?
that means word 'freedom' does not exist..
But you and we know, freedom exist..
just contemplate and get the universal definition and I think it is the freedom of mind...:)
cheers...
What is freedom to a married man?
- Well it’s not too different from that of a bachelor!! lol lol..
and all of us see 'freedom' in a different way.. you have brought it out in a very intelligent and witty way :)
Happy independence day
