Sky is the limit they say, but I just want to reach the clouds,
Just to do something that will do my parents proud…
Pubs are happening they say, but I just want to run away from this maddening crowd,
Just to have some moments of peace from the noise, which is ever so loud…
Life is difficult they say, but I just want to keep things ordinary,
Just to have a life sans any regrets and without having to say “sorry”…
Silence is boring they say, but I just wanna remain the way I am and prove people wrong,
Just to live in my own world of poems, shayaris and the evergreen old songs…

Simple. Nostalgic. Add a cup of coffee and the rain pattering at your window with the songs of yesteryears playing at the stereo. Bliss.
Watever u wanted to express through these words is actually wat an individual needs in his life for the proper balance....it is wat i feel.
One more thing i felt by reading this was u r indirectly depicting ur nature through this poem.....am i rite?
